Are your 800 rates competitive?
Our rates are extremely competitive, and with the first 100 minutes of usage FREE each month, it's a deal that can't be beat!
Does your service require a contractual agreement for any particular length of time?
No, subscriptions are on a month to month basis.
What are your hours of support?
Our client services department is available, free of charge, from 6am to 6pm, Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Friday. We are available to assist you with any questions you may have about your system
Can I use my existing 800/888 number?
Yes, we can direct your existing toll-free number to your FreedomVOICE system. In fact we can attach multiple 800/888 numbers to your system.
How many inbound calls can my system handle?
The system is digital so we can actually take hundreds of calls simultaneously, and your sender will never get a busy signal.
How much is it to get set up?
Your first and last month's rental is required on non prepaid plans, and first month only on prepaid plans. For example, a FaxFreedom without prepaid minutes would cost you $19.90 ($9.95*2) the first month and $9.95 plus call charges each month after that. A FaxFreedom 250 would cost $23.70 each month. In addition to this you are charged a one time $25 activation fee on both prepaid and non prepaid plans.
Do you offer credit for customer referrals?
Yes. Our customers receive a one month credit on their monthly rental for every new customer they refer.
